The Hours we work.

The practice is open usually from 8.30 am until 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. Sometimes we start earlier or finish later than this.

If you call us and neither Jane, Ben or Anita are able to answer the phone, please leave a message and we will call you back - usually within an hour.

Holiday Arrangements

We have an arrangement with another similar practice to cover us for emergencies when we are on holiday. Details will be on our answer phone, this website and on our front door.

Guarantee

Provided you see us for regular maintenance, we guarantee all our work for five (5) years. What this means to you is if anything breaks or comes off, we will replace it at no charge to you.

An Agreement We Would Hope to Make with You

We will do our very best treatment for you.

We will tell you in advance, the cost of any treatment. This will often be a fully written and costed treatment plan

We will do our best to keep to time because we know everyone hates to be kept waiting.

You must tell us if you are unhappy about any aspect of your care. That way we have a chance to address your concerns.

You should let us know if you are unable to attend your booked appointment.

You should pay your fees as we have agreed.

...and finally - we would be most appreciative if you would try to refer at least one person whom you feel would like the things we offer. In this way we can continue to have a flow of new people and be here for you when you need us next time.
